Major breakthroughs have been made in clean technology for oil and gas development

the national "863" program project undertaken by Sichuan University - the synchronous treatment technology of drilling wastewater and diesel engine flue gas is currently being demonstrated and applied in Wulong 1 well of Southwest Oil and gas field, with remarkable energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection effects. As a model project of clean drilling technology regulations of PetroChina Southwest Oil and gas field, this technology has achieved no accumulation and discharge of wastewater, and at the same time, it has made diesel engine exhaust smoke and noise reduction, which marks a major breakthrough in the treatment of oil and gas drilling waste in China. This is the information obtained from an interview with the Ministry of science and technology of PetroChina on February 22

professor zhujiahua of the school of chemical engineering of Sichuan University told that Sichuan University, taking the opportunity of undertaking the national "863" program "the utilization of residual energy from drilling diesel engine exhaust and ultra-low emission of drilling waste liquid", jointly tackled key problems with Xinjiang Oilfield Company, southwest oil and gas field company and Guanghan Xinxin Industrial Company through production, study and research, adopted the idea of "treating waste with waste", and was authorized by two national invention patents. They combined the two unrelated pollution treatment processes of drilling wastewater discharge and diesel engine exhaust emission, and took the energy of drilling diesel engine exhaust gas as the driving force to realize the treatment of drilling waste liquid. At the same time, they used this technology to concentrate the whole process in a skid mounted equipment, replacing the traditional muffler, and achieved the effect of reducing noise by 3 ~ 13 dB and reducing exhaust resistance loss by 70%

up to now, this technology has formed a series of equipment, which is suitable for various types of drilling sites, and has realized the clean production of oil and gas development, which has found that there are few old brands of domestic experimental machine manufacturers. Taking a single well with a depth of 6000-7000 meters as an example, the application of this technology can save 102 tons of standard coal, reduce 1150 cubic meters of drilling wastewater at the source, avoid the use of chemical treatment agents of 8-10 tons, and reduce the land acquisition of waste water tanks and infrastructure investment

drilling wastewater treatment is also a qualified supplier for Airbus, COMAC, AVIC and Bombardier, which has always been a difficult problem for the environmental protection of drilling operations in agricultural and pastoral areas. At present, it is common in the industry to treat the wastewater by adding chemicals or pressurized reinjection, which is easy to produce secondary pollution. At the same time, the waste gas of drilling diesel engine will produce thermal pollution, chemical pollution and noise pollution up to 400 ℃, which will do great harm to the on-site operators and the surrounding environment. Jia penglin, director of the equipment storage and Transportation Department of the Ministry of science and technology of Sinopec, said that this technology has achieved no discharge, no transfer, no dosing of drilling wastewater, daily collection and daily cleaning, evaporation and emission reduction of wastewater, and reduction of the source of waste gas pollutants. It is the "protector" of blue sky and clear water. Industry experts believe that this achievement is the first in the field of oil and gas drilling waste treatment at home and abroad, and the demonstration effect of energy conservation and emission reduction is remarkable
